A 12-year-old boy named Adan was kidnaped and murdered. His dead body was found near the ring road in Lahore. George and his wife (the deceased’s parents) approached CLAAS office and shared that they are factory laborers.  Nine months ago they were shifted to Lahore from Kasur with their three minor children; they are living in a rented house. To meet their daily needs both working on daily wages whereas the children were living at home with their grandfather.  On March 09, 2023, in their absence their son Adnan went out of the house and did not come back. They started to search him and were not found.  After that, they submitted an application to the concerned police station and the police registered a kidnapping case against unknown persons. After four days his dead body was found in a petrification condition. The police after necessary procedures like postmortem etc handed over his dead body to the deceased’s parents. Police started the investigation and arrested Amir Ayub who was living in a rented house adjacent to the house of George. According to the parents Amir was familiar with Adan deceased.   George and his wife approached CLAAS Office for legal help. The parents disclosed that they have suspicion on Amir Ayub and another person who was also living with Amir in his house.  CLAAS wrote a supplementary application for nomination of Amir Ayub and his friend in the above mentioned FIR which was registered in the police station for kidnapping of Adan. After the application submitted by CLAAS, police arrested to the co-accused and confined him in the lockup, matter is still under police investigation.
