A Christian family consisting of 07 minor children, 04 females, and two male members was facing threats of dire consequences for life as the local landlord involved male members in a fake theft matter. The male was illegally detained in the police station Sadar Nankana Sahib. CLAAS filed a case in Lahore High Court Lahore for their recovery and both male members were recovered through a court bailiff on 15 November 2024. They are provided accommodation in Lahore as cannot go back to their hometown Nankana Sahib.
